Those of you who are interested the show was pretty fucking awesome. I hadn’t been to a show like that in I don’t how long. Cake Shop has 10 foot ceiling but that didn’t keep people from crowd surfing the whole show. Then 15 minutes into the set the bass head shorted out from all the beer being poured everywhere by everyone. Then there was this tense 15 minute wait until a replacement bass head could be located and the shredding could continue! There was a crazy French Canadian girl who was clearly on something. She kept throwing herself into the pit but would stop every 5 minutes to search the floor for I have no clue what. I think every relocated Canadian in NYC was in attendance. I also realized that metal chicks have only two styles… sloppy seconds & Jersey shore, so pick your poison!!!

Sorry you couldn’t be there bro! Did you ever see them live? I forget who I was talking to at the show but they were like “Man this is like every Friday in Vancouver from a few years ago”.
