Just caught wind of this. If you live in NYC in the summer, one thing you always avoid are the subway grates. Nothing like having shorts on with your genitalia sticking to the inside of your legs and getting blasted with 100 degree air from the subway tunnels. It seems Joshua Allen Harris has taken it upon himself to construct a garbage bag monster on 21st in Manhattan.
