Victor Cayro, or Bald Eagles as he calls himself, is one of my favorite current artists. He’s a Peruvian guy who grew up in Iowa and recently moved to Brooklyn.

He’s referred to himself as “Geof Darrow’s Retarded Baby Brother” in one of his drawings. I think that’s pretty accurate.
