Exotica: Mishka Holiday 08 Lookbook & Catalog

For Holiday 2008, we will be offering a selective range of pieces, essential for carrying buyers through until the next year. At the heart of this late season collection will be signature styles in terms of outerwear, headwear in addition to our ever expanding cut and sew program.

Three distinct jackets, each playing upon our trademark look, will be available for holiday.  The first is the Zeitgeist M-65 Jacket, inspired by the popular field garment designed for US military, coming complete with classic features such as two large hip pockets and two medium-sized breast pockets.  Made from warm wool and further insulated with a flannel lining, there is no conspiracy as to why this jacket will be a dependable choice for cold weather wear.

For a more casual look, we will also be offering our own interpretation of two iconic sportswear garments: the Keep Watch Corduroy Coaches Jacket and the Death Adders Varsity Jacket.  The former is a simple snap-front cord jacket featuring our signature Keep Watch eyeball graphic on the left chest and contrast ribbing to keep warmth in at the neckline, sleeve and waist. Second, the Death Adders Varsity Jacket is traditional piece made from boiled wool with a hood for additional cold weather protection. The jacket is derived from our primary colors, featuring an original Death Adders patch on the left chest and lettering on the back.

We also return our ever popular Keep Watch Sweater, now updated in red, grey and black. There will also be a variety of simple but bold crewneck sweaters and hoodies such as the Inside-Out Crewneck and M-Panel Hoodie.  For layering, buyers should look no further than the Green River Flannel Shirt, made of 100% cotton and guaranteed to gain softness with more wear. As for bottom pieces, seasonal highlights include the Stoner Cords, which is an extremely durable material and preferable for cold climates.  The Stoner Cords are available in khaki, black and slate for every day wearing.

Lastly, our accessories program for holiday will ensure that you will not be left out in the cold with a solid offering of gloves, scarves and headwear.  Key pieces include the weatherly Keep Watch Aviator New Era, with fold-down flaps designed to make cold ears a thing of the past.  Made from rich brown leather, this classic hat is fully lined and features a Soviet inspired metal enamel pin on the front.  Complete the winter look with some simple yet warmly crafted Zeitgeist Gloves and the Star Eye Scarf.
