Earlier this month in Wilsonville, Oregon, a routine traffic stop led to the seizure of 250,000 tabs of Ecstasy, a total of 143 pounds. 55 year-old raver Pedro Moya Gonzalez was pulled over in his 1996 Ford Thunderbird on Interstate 5, coming up from California. From Portland News:

An investigation by a Washington County Sheriff’s Office drug K-9 unit discovered an estimated 250,000 tablets of Ecstasy, another name for MDMA, concealed in the car worth approximately $2 million, police said.

Gonzalez’s Thunderbird has been seized and held for investigation as a possible “time machine.”
