The Colonel Is the Fifth Cyclon
The heads at Kentucky Fried Chicken have teamed up with the Fleet to bring us the “Frak Pak Sweepstakes.” You don’t have to watch the show to know that “Frak” translates to “Fuck” and is an easy way to let the characters curse on the show. So in non-nerd-English, KFC is offering a “Fuck Pak.” Maybe the Colonel has never seen the show, but it’s awesome to say Fuck Pak out loud.
There’s going to be 10 winners and the prize Fuck Paks are pretty sweet: BSG DVD set, framed “Last Supper” photo, autographed script, BSG toaster, “one big frakkin’ bag” (whatever that means), and a year’s worth of KFC. One year of that sticky-icky for your arteries? I’m on board.
On a serious BSG note, anyone really buy that Helen is the Fifth?

I’m sure they COULD have it make sense… I just really don’t want Helen to be the 5th! At this point I just really want to know what Starbuck is.
But the way they Red Herringed Duala was amazing! Also I don’t think a lot of people noticed this but when Lee was packing up her belongings in a box marked Dualla the bottom said box…. 1 of 5!!!!

No shit! I didn’t notice that! Yeah, D’s suicide also led to two of my favorite BSG scenes ever: Lee and Adama in the morgue and Adama’s confrontation with Saul. That tracking shot of Adama marching to Saul’s room (and he gets the sidearm) is epic beyond words.
I think whatever Starbuck is is going to tie into Cyclons being the 13th colony on Earth. Not sure how though. Maybe they figured out how to use their regeneration technology on humans???
