This R2 Has a Bad Motivator; Balls
This picture has been making the rounds today on all the huge nerd-centric sites, and nobody knows what the story is behind it. Being an R2D2 junkie, I embrace anything that furthers the droid culture, but my lawd…I dunno about this. On one side, for what it is, it’s really well done. If you just focus on the cheeks and squint, it’s R2. But the dude’s face is a terrifying and his manhood makes it look like R2 is wearing a testicular bow-tie. Thanks guy, I’ll be drinking straight from the bottle for the rest of the weekend. I’m sure Dustin Roberts has already bought your ass.
In fully-clothed Star Wars news, TotalFilm has posted 18 rare, behind the scene photos from the OT. I truly love looking at the OG photos, I think it’s the contrast of the sci-fi environment and the crew dressed in ’70s gear. Like this shot of Lucas looking hard in front of an R2 prototype.

Yeah, I have to agree. Definately Butoh. Reminds me of Byakko-Sha the group that were featured in Halber Mensch, the Einsturzende Neubauten japanese movie! They’ve done a lot of performances where they are part metal. Although I hear they’re not together anymore? So maybe ex-members??

I’ve seen all of those except for the one of Mark playing with Carrie’s hair. Have you seen the one of Mark and Carrie kissing on the Hoth set? Not a movie still, for real kissing.
