Lamour Supreme Art Show @ Super7 Recap

Last night was Lamour Supreme’s opening at Super7 and Kaiju Chronicle has the scoop on the evening’s recap. That’s Lamour Supreme (sometimes known as L’amour Supreme… he says either/or, it doesn’t matter) in what looks like a mexican wrestling mask. But it’s actuality a Shocker costume from the 70′s japanese kid’s series, Kamen Rider. We brought this costume back for Lamour from Japan per special request. Think of a Shocker as the evil spawn of Nazis and Luche Libre.

Here’s a custom painted glow-in-the-dark Bootleg Kaiju that Lamour did for the show! One of two custom Bootlegs. I think he may have also done a few custom Boogie Men, but I’m not finding any images.

Besides custom painted Kaiju, Lamour also had drawings and paintings up at the show. Is this a future Мишка graphic? I honestly have no clue. Lamour likes to draw Simon a lot and slip in our name… he also likes to laminate every single thing he draws for some odd reason. I think he’s single-handedly keeping Kinko’s lamination business alive on long Island.

Here is Greg and Super7 mastermind Brian Flynn. I see a camera around Greg’s neck so maybe they’ll be another recap?

Here’s a ridiculously sick custom painted RealxHead Fortune Cat. I think this is the first time I’ve seen a Fortune Cat I had to have.

And finally here’s the man of the hour unmasked in front of some of his work. Lamour is rocking the special tee we did with Lamour & Super7 for the event. The design was loosely based off of a graphic from San Fran Punk legends, Crime.
