Last night, I was hanging out at my boy O’Keefe’s house when I discovered he had been holding out on me for years. From out of his VHS Vault, he pulled his Chris Elliott collection, including Get a Life, the FDR one-man show, and Action Family. I had only ever seen Get a Life (about decade ago), and the other programs simply blew my fucking mind.

FDR isn’t available anywhere except on dusty VHS shelves, but luckily someone uploaded Action Family to YouTube – so the world can collectively shoot beer out of their nose the way I did last night. It’s a spoof on both detective shows and sitcoms; brilliantly shifting camera-styles to suit the scene. Absolutely hilarious. Features a 13 year old Seth Green!

Amazon.com has plenty of used VHS of the FDR/Action Family tape, do it!
