Anyone Following South Carolina Politics?!

Yea, me neither! Although this post over at Videogum really makes me want to start.

It seems that Democrats are accusing the Republicans of planting this guy Alvin Greene to run for the primaries. Well he won, with 60% of the vote and now he is going up against the Republican Jim DeMint for the Senate seat. Good for him right? Wrong!

It seems like this guy has no history in politics, and seemingly from the interview above he didn’t even have a campaign. Watch the video of Alvin Greene last night on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. It’s super uncomfortable to say the least.

Wow! I know people do this all the time to opposition parties (where it’s allowed) but I’ve never seen it become successful.

    Absolutely staggering. “Wins”?!

Republicans and Democrats have always worked for the same Federal Government. But despite their rhetoric, most politicians are corrupt and ineffective.

It probably shouldn’t, but this makes me very upset… deep down inside. Very disheartening. :-(
