I’ve dreamed of the day that we would finally know more about one of the greatest emcees to ever do it on the mic. I actually even had the idea to try and attempt to do something just like this a few months ago… but now thankfully there is no need because we’re finally going to go deep, way deep into the story behind the “People’s Champion”, the one, thee only, Eli Porter.

Walker Warren is currently in the middle of working on a full documentary chronicling the most epic Iron Mic battle ever held at Chamblee High School. A Battle of such magnitude that it captivated the world and inspired millions. Well Warren has now gone and now presented us with a trailer for his film.

I’m in the middle of working on a documentary about YouTube celeb Eli Porter + the entire ‘Iron Mic’ saga which is responsible for his Internet fame in the first place. Mr. Porter decided to upload his own video update on his personal YouTube account just last night. To back up his claim that he does in fact have a documentary in the works and in a move to support his recent decision to resurface on his own accord, we’ve decided to unleash the trailer to our documentary a little sooner than we had expected to. Early or not, no lie; this is definitely not one to miss; I hereby present to you the trailer for “People’s Champion” – The Legend of Eli Porter…

This documentary has it all! Watch the trailer… You’ll see Eli today (unfortunately it looks like he needs dialysis treatments) along with Marv-O, J-Dubb, Jonathan Hodges and of course my main man, Steven “Action” Jackson. I can’t tell but I think Envy is probably also in this. He has to be, no?

This is a momentous day for the internet…nay the world! Since this project isn’t yet finished there is no set date for release. We’ll of course be all over this shit like it’s Witch House with constant updates until you grow tired of it. You have my word.
