It’s a real treat to be involved with a company that wallows in the grim side of the musical spectrum as much as we do. When Sean Reveron, leader of the legion of evil known only as CVLT Nation, contacted me with a new installment he pieced together, spotlighting within some of the heaviest artists going, I gladly succumbed to the darkness, reigned in the hate, and decided to share the sinfulness with all of you dedicated readers out there. Consisting of signed and unsigned metal bands, Volume III of the Blackened Everything mixtape series, is a plummet into the fiery abyss.

Featuring up and coming funeral metal and blackened hardcore acts, with some favorites of mine like Young And In The Way and Torch Runner, the compilation creates a portal into the spreading and almighty gloom. If you haven’t been keeping up with the constantly shifting metal scene or are just starting to take the plunge into aural hell, this is a choice jumping-off point. The Blackened Everything mixes, check out the previous two, are consistently on point, an impious spectacle of the noisy underground from start to finish. Bottom line, this mixtape slaughters.
