ETD! Poplin Shirt

Shackelton Flannel Shirt

When I was a kid my Mom would always make me wear this button-up white shirt and starchy khakis when we went out to dinner with my Grandparents. I remember being very confused about this thing with cuffs and collars and plackets (though I had no idea what any of that meant) and why exactly it was better than my beloved t-shirts. Then in 7th grade I got into grunge and I got my first flannel shirt. I wore that raggedy thing like it was part of me, and I finally realized: my Mom was right yo. Button-ups kick ass.

Because we know you can’t just wear tee’s all the time, we are ready, as usual, to provide you with a brand new stock of shirts this Holiday. We have two new flannel styles, the Marshall and the Shackleton, and these rugged mofos are ready to explore winter with you as well as their namesakes did. If you’re feeling the plaid but want to be able to layer that sucker without puttin’ yourself in a sweat box, I would suggest either the Adams or Edgeworth poplin shirt’s. Both winners with unique colorways, and if you feel extra snazzy the Edgeworth has got chambray elbow patches to boot.

Some of you prolly want to step out the box a bit, say goodbye to your comfort zone perhaps. In that case we have the ETD! Poplin shirt and the Mawson Chambray. The ETD! comes with three front pockets, one in a contrast color that matches patchwork color blocks on the shoulders and front. It’s also got a corduroy collar. It’s the little things, amirite? The Mawson, which comes in three colors (including my fave. Salmon, whatup!), has that chambray look you know and love with creative color blocks on the chest and an inverted front pocket.

Finally, if you’re feeling in a militant way, then we have just the thing for you. The Post War Utility shirt is our rough ‘n tumble answer to the ravages of winter. Coming exclusively in a classic camo, this three pocket number with denim accents is my standout pick for this year’s shirt collection. Needless to say there’s something for everyone this year, so button-up and get out there you beautiful bastards.

I love it all with the exception of the post war utility shirt. It’s a direct copy of something Crooks already did. Maybe not intentional. Either way, the rest is awesome.
