XO Crew Begins Campaign For World Domination
With three albums worth of boasts in one year, we’ve sure heard a lot from The Weeknd about his presumably sinister posse XO, and their expanded Drake-assisted Wonder Twin version OVOXO. But, until today, it’s mostly been Mr. Tesfaye (by that I mean entirely him, or at least his releases) which have comprised the crüe. Which is how he says it. Think about it.
Anyway, following whatever you want to dub Allxlegends, Here’s another release from Dropxlife, Furthur (he knows thats a jam band supergroup right?). Though other members like Illangelo, Omari Shakir, and Hyghly Alleyne have released tracks, I believe (could be wrong?) that this is the first full length salvo. It’s definitely got that distinctly buzzed down and filtered out sound that is becoming the Toronto signature. So it begins. I imagine 2012 will be a year full of XO.
