Can you smell it in the air? The approaching showcases, the delicious mexican food, the floods of people crowding 6th street, the unknown bands setting up in parking lots and behind restaurants or carrying their live amps across their back, the sun bearing down and the drinks flowing freely, badges being drunkenly lost and triumphantly discovered, numbers half written down on receipts and mysterious hotel rooms greeting your tired, hungover eyes: yes folks, South By Southwest is approaching.

Less than a month from now Austin Texas will be temporarily taken over by, well, everyone. Including our homies Trouble & Bass. They’re doing a massive day showcase Bass Bash with Scion on Saturday, March 17th, and they’d like all y’all to come. It may be a little bit away, but these things fill up fast, and it’s free if you RSVP now.
