While the Night Falls Over Kortedala album cover is perhaps the most “Jens Lekman“-y image of all time (and seriously, what a hilarious image) this new video for his track “Become Someone Else’s” is surely in competition, and it has 32 of them a second. It’s just Jens, who’s bizarrely starting to look like Zeljko Ivanek, walking around a desert in khakis, an Oxford, and a pastel plum 5-Panel, picking up sand chunks dejectedly and singing about love wittily.

Somehow in being aggressively vanilla, I found the video to be somewhat hilariously brash. I LOLed. Is this on purpose? Has Jens Lekman gotten cooler since the last time I listened to him?
