Spanish Harlem officially threw one of its strongest fighters yet into the fight for NYC rap renaissance king-of-the-hill. Bodega Bamz‘ hotly anticipated tape Strictly 4 My P.A.P.I.Z. hit the web last night courtesy of Noisey, and the Tanboys figurehead reaffirmed his claim that – like his namesake – his raps “have everything you need.”
With production from everyone from other Tanboys to seasoned veterans like The Alchemist and features from Flatbush Zombies and A$AP Ferg, Strictly is sure to get a bunch of attention. But it’s most certainly Bodega – who goes in solo on most of the tracks – who will cause a ruckus. With his high-pace, knife sharp flows, Bodega keeps the energy high from start to finish.
