This weekend I was watching a National Geographic channel program about a stealth fighter the Nazis built at the end of World War 2. Dudes who built the current crop of American stealth fighters, said the Nazi joint was a good 20 to 30 years ahead of the US’s efforts. If the Nazis would’ve been able to deploy those fighters, they could’ve easily destroyed the UK and possibly bombed NYC. Shit was frightening.
I bring that up, to talk about Frankenstein’s Army, a new film about a group of Russian soldiers in WW2, that stumble into a Nazi plot to make undead cyborg soldiers. This trailer looks simultaneously awesome and awful, in the way only a movie centered around plot points from a bonus level of Wolfenstein 3D could. As far as I know this movie is fiction, but that’s as far as I know. It’s entirely plausible that somewhere, on a #rare Nazi ledger from 1944, right under “Stealth Fighter was an entry for “Undead Cyborg Army”.- raythedestroyer
