From grade eight to ten, I was pretty heavily into a few different die-based RPG’s, or in layman’s terms Dungeon’s & Dragons. And while I never actually played D&D I’ve also found that trying to explain the subtly important differences between each of the game franchises to fetch me pretty much the exact same sort of ridicule that playing them did in high school. My friends are already sure to embarrass the living shit out of me whenever they can by telling any girl I bring around all about my dice collection, or how I’m getting a magic satchel tattoo on my hip.

So as a preemptive strike of sorts, I’m just putting it out there that I’m going to be joining my local chapter of Boxwars, and suggest all you closet-rpg’ers with access to an x-acto and a tape gun do the same.
