ANYONE EXPERIENCING ORDERING PROBLEMS EARLIER TODAY!
We had a site glitch that kept cycling you from payment confirmation back to checkout over and over, never finalizing the orders. When that glitch was fixed earlier in the morning it lead to another problem. A lot of people had a lot of product in their shopping carts and since orders were not being confirmed because of the glitch those products were not deducted from the inventory since they weren’t yet seen as sold. When people would just keep adding things to their cart waiting to buy them in the morning even though the amount of people saving items in their cart greatly outnumbered the actual inventory.

So this morning when the glitch was fixed and people could finally check out… the site went haywire because of all the product being stored in carts was not remotely matching our actual inventory. What the site did as a safeguard was basically deactivate all those products where there were drastic cart and inventory discrepancies. Those stayed inactive until the issue was and fixed.

So this means:
anyone who was storing something in their shopping cart since last night/early morning that either
1) Your items are either out of the cart or
2) The site won’t let you purchase them until you remove the items from your cart and put them back in from the site once again.

We would like to point out that dude to the high volume of orders in such a small period of time, there will be at least a 1 week delay in shipping.

We hope this clears everything up, we’re sorry for any inconvenience.
