Our business hours are 11am-7pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on Saturday & Sunday, please take that into consideration when emailing us. All emails will be responded to in the order they are received. Please allow at least 48 hours for responses regarding order status, tracking or general inquiries.

If you are emailing regarding an order please be sure to include the following information: date ordered, order number, name, address & email used for your order. If any of the following information is missing it will delay us from being able to respond properly.

Order Processing:
We try to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Weekends, holidays and high volume traffic days may delay this slightly. On average, depending on location orders tend to arrive 2-3 business days after ordering. However, we ask that all U.S. based customers allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery and that International customers allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery, after processing. International Customers please also and take into consideration custom holds may delay your delivery slightly.

We try our best to process and ship your orders in a timely manner but we can't control the mail. This is why we can only offer safe estimates on delivery of your items.

U.S. Customers:
UPS tracking numbers are emailed to the email account you used when ordering with our site. UPS will email a tracking number to that address once your goods are scanned by UPS.

International Customers (This Includes Canada):
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for ALL international orders to cut down on cost to you the customer. Unfortunately USPS does not offer automated emailing of a tracking number once your goods are scanned by the post office. We will post a USPS tracking number in your orders comments section once your order is marked Shipped in your customer profile page.
