A Letter From Greg Mishka To Our Mishka Family

Dear Mishka Family,

Our warehouse in Cleveland has re-opened and slowly making its way back to full capacity. We still ask you to be patient during this process but orders will start shipping right away and you will be updated with tracking information as soon as they do.

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unprecedented phenomenon for us all. The situation is constantly evolving and we are presented with a new set of challenges every day.

The Novel Coronavirus is impacting our communities in so many ways. In this climate of uncertainty and fear, we need to acknowledge that we are stronger together. We can overcome this together as long as we remain confident, resilient, and socially responsible.

To that end, we utilize multiple warehouses for fulfillment & production with our main operation being in Cleveland, Ohio. The Governor of Ohio announced a stay at home order yesterday, that will start Tuesday morning, allowing people to only leave their homes for reasons related to health and safety, to obtain necessary services or supplies, for outdoor activity, to take care of others or to perform a job deemed essential.

This order was made to last through April 6th. We just got off the phone with our warehouse, and as they are respecting that order they are going to immediately begin to petition the local government to allow them to stay open with a limited staff that will follow all safety procedures. They have also worked with another screen printer who is staying open to keep producing some of the items during this executive order. We also will continue to ship some items from our warehouse in Los Angeles.

Your support through these challenging times means the world to us. Your orders will be fulfilled as soon as they can and we are working our hardest and remain determined to continue to run our business as usual.

Here at Mishka, we view our employees and our valued customers as part of our family. You have all made Mishka the community it is today. We are grateful for your support and we remain determined to continue our services.
